Hip-hop's elite look like they've been drinking from the fountain of youth (see: Pharrell and Nas) but Diddy's secret? Not Gwyneth Paltrow's vitamins, but a higher power. "I feel like I got God in me and it's just shining," he told Jimmy Kimmel during a recent visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live!
A heart-to-heart with God also inspired the idea for his Can't Stop, Won't Stop documentary, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April and is dropping on Apple Music on June 25. "I said to myself, 'Somebody need to get the cameras rolling on me because I think that my life and whatever's gonna happen, it could be inspirational,' so I started shooting this movie when I was 19," he said.
Kimmel also brought up Andre Harrell reflecting on Diddy's early hustle. "I really felt that if I could be trusted with delivering a tape the best, to be the best tape deliverer, then maybe I would get a chance to have the responsibility for something else and is et my eyes on the record business and getting the chance to be in charge of the artist -- that was my work ethic," added Puff.
